Welcome to BatPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and BatPro ("BatPro", "we", "us", or "our"). To use BatPro, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to review.

All transactions on BatPro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BatPro supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits are credited to your BatPro account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. BatPro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, network issues, or errors originating with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

All deposit sources must belong to the same person as the registered BatPro account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a review of the affected account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name — not to third-party accounts.
• Active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be met before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.

• Standard withdrawal processing times range from a few hours to 2 business days depending on the method selected and account verification status.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing and higher limits.

BatPro reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal. This is done to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

BatPro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on each promotion's page. Until these requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonus and real money balance: Real money funds in your account are used and withdrawn separately from bonus funds. Real money bets are settled first before bonus funds are applied.

BatPro's sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports, and other sports markets. The following rules apply across all sports betting activity:

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Pricing errors: If a bet is accepted at a clearly erroneous price due to a technical error or data feed failure, BatPro reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price. Players will be notified in such cases.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the rules for a given sport, or if the outcome cannot be determined. Voided bets are refunded as cash to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting: Live betting markets are offered on selected events. Once a live bet is placed and accepted, it is final. BatPro is not responsible for in-play delays caused by data feed latency.
• Maximum bet limits: BatPro applies maximum bet limits per event and per market, which may vary depending on the sport, event, and the player's account tier.
• Integrity: Any bet placed using insider information, match-fixing intelligence, or through coordinated betting activity will be voided and the account flagged for review.

For PSL and major cricket tournament markets specifically, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. Rain-affected matches are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket rules (e.g., DLS method outcomes).

BatPro's casino section includes slots, table games, and a full live casino with real dealers. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and all live casino games are operated by reputable third-party providers under their respective operational standards.

• Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• BatPro is not responsible for interruptions to casino sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure, BatPro will investigate and resolve the matter. If a session cannot be recovered, the bet amount will be refunded to the player's account.
• Casino bonus funds may be restricted from use on certain games. This is specified in each individual bonus's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BatPro and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account
• Using false identity information or impersonating another person
• Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name
• Colluding with other players in casino games
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse)
• Abusing promotions through multi-accounting or systematic bonus exploitation
• Any activity BatPro reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform

BatPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, identity verification failure, breach of these Terms, prohibited activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed at your own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, your verified balance in cash funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the BatPro support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.
